My passion is in few words, all the japanese culture, i know... in this blog I have said many times that I like Japanese culture, so I will talk about specific Japanese gastronomy, which I love, I cook, eat and consume a lot. It all started the first time I tasted a red bean candy (azuki) that I bought in Patronato, then I started to try more sweets and traditional Japanese food, in general it struck me that many sweets have rice and a type of Japanese green tea called matcha. Most sweets like the ones in the image seem to be dough, I think that makes them look very beautiful aesthetically.Japanese food can be seen very minimalist and simple at first glance, but behind it there is a world of preparations that reflect an identity of the country and its different geographical locations. I discovered very beautiful sweets like the taiyaki, the dangos, the dorayaki (doraemon eat that candies) and some salty preparations like takoyaki, ramen and yakisoba.those are some more traditional preparations but I have also tried many newer sweets like the pocky, matcha kit kat and calpis. I'm really passionate about continuing to discover Japanese food because I feel I can discover a lot of Japan through the food.
